What Is Float Therapy?
Float therapy involves lying in a private pod filled with 25cm of body-temperature water saturated with 400kg of Epsom salt. The salt makes you completely buoyant — no effort required. The pod removes light, sound, and the sensation of gravity, giving your nervous system a complete break from external input. Most people find their first float deeply relaxing. The experience deepens with each subsequent session.
